Hills Road Sixth Form College is seeking two HR Administrators to join our HR team. The positions are permanent, part-time, term-time only, 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary £26,818 per annum FTE (£19,777 pro rata), NJC Spine Point 9, and on-site support to HR Officers.

Based on the Cambridge site with the potential for up to one day hybrid working per week after probation, you will cover HR operating hours 8am–4:30pm and contribute to a busy, high-performing service.
