Location and Terms: Permanent role at Hills Road Sixth Form College. Working hours from 30 to 37 hours per week, dependent on candidate preference, with term time plus an additional 10 days.

Compensation: Salary ranges to match FTE of 35:

  • 37 hours per week – £49,044 per annum pro-rata
  • 30 hours per week – £39,765 per annum pro-rata

Role Summary: Hills Road Sixth Form College is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking and student-centred Head of Careers to lead our Careers Department. This key leadership role within the College's Guidance team ensures every student has access to high-quality information, advice and guidance, and the support they need to make informed decisions about their futures. The Head of Careers will provide strategic leadership, manage a dedicated team and oversee all aspects of careers provision while ensuring the support and guidance remain future-focussed and are supported by wide external collaboration and engagement.
