- Optimize to Win: Lead the implementation and continuous optimization of all owned (organic) and paid activities, working seamlessly with centralized agencies and local country digital teams.
- Innovate: Run pioneering 'Test & Learns' on emerging social commerce spaces, such as frictionless eCommerce, in partnership with our commercial teams.
- Be the Expert: Serve as the EMEA representative in global digital forums and maintain the EMEA social media playbook.
- Content & Collaboration
- Streamline & Simplify: Continuously audit, simplify, and optimize the content creation workflow between Hills, our agency partners, and country teams.
- Centralize with Care: Assess and implement opportunities to centralize creative assets while supporting local teams in creating country/cultural-specific content where needed.
- Best-in-Class: Provide guidelines and resources that drive winning content performance across the region.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Measure Impact: Oversee Social Media and Influencer monitoring and reporting.
- Prove Value: Ensure rigorous pre- and post-evaluation of all activities, tracking performance against marketing funnel KPIs, and communicating qualitative, insightful results to the broader marketing team.
- Social Listening & Insights
- Decode Consumer Behavior: Partner closely with our social listening agency to deeply understand and "decode consumer behaviour across communities & forums."
- Actionable Intelligence: Translate raw data into actionable Pet Parents insights for our country teams and for informing strategic decisions.
What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications & Skills
- A completed degree or relevant training and combined experience in social media marketing, influencer activation, and PR.
- 5-7+ years of combined experience in marketing, digital marketing—client or agency side.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
