We are looking to recruit an experienced vehicle technician/mechanic for our Ford Car & Transit Franchised Dealership in Worcester Road, Kidderminster, West Midlands. You will need to work to agreed time frames, and maintain a high level of productivity, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Quality workmanship and achieving first‑time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a Franchised Dealer or Independent Garage/Repair Centre is required. You must be competent in the service and repair of car and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards. A Class 4 MOT licence is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
You must be a committed individual, a good team player, able to produce high quality work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team. Ford training will be given and we will invest in your ongoing career progression.
Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (1 in 4). Candidates from all backgrounds are considered who have experience working in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Auto Electrician, MOT Tester or Apprentice Vehicle Technician. Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.
