An exciting new opportunity has come up here at our Kidderminster Ford car, van and motorhome dealership. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our dealership team. As Workshop Controller you will engage your team to deliver the required commercial result and exceptional customer service.
A Workshop Controller will also:
- Drive performance of the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours and first time fix.
- Lead the behaviour of the Customer facing team to maximise upsell whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Develop the skills, knowledge and career progression of team members.
- Optimise operational processes within the Customer Journey, such as Electronic Vehicle Health Checks and Videos.
- Ensure Compliance with group financial processes, DVSA MOT and relevant Health & Safety regulations.
- Make an impact across the department and whole dealership.
We are looking for an Aftersales professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service and developing a team that delivers commercial success! Experience in workshop controller role, as an experienced vehicle technician or senior service advisor role essential. To excel in this role you need to have previous experience working in a busy dealership environment.
