We are looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive for our family owned and operated Ford main dealership in Kidderminster, West Midlands.
The ideal candidate will already have at least 5 years experience of selling both New & Used cars/cv's, working to monthly and quarterly targets. You should have experience of working to manufacturer standards including customer satisfaction. Experience of Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
Hours:
You will hold a full UK driving licence and the hours of work will be as follows:
- Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6:00pm (with one day off every other week)
- Saturdays 8:45am - 5:30pm
- Sundays Ad-hoc shows and special events only
