Falkland House School Perth is hiring Waking Night Care Workers to support young people with autism and complex needs throughout the night. This role offers an opportunity to provide reassurance, consistency, and life-changing support when it matters most.
Role Details:
- Location: Falkland House School Perth, Fairmount Terrace, Perth, PH2 7AR
- Salary: £25,837.50 per annum
- Hours: Permanent, 50 hours per week - Term Time Only (39 weeks a year)
- Shifts: Sunday to Thursday - 21:45 - 07:45
Responsibilities:
- Providing overnight care and support in a calm, therapeutic manner
- Creating a safe, structured, and reassuring environment for young people
- Supporting independence, routines, and wellbeing overnight
- Building positive relationships based on trust and understanding
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent support
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding appropriately to individual needs
- Promoting safety, safeguarding, and positive outcomes at all times
