Ashley Park School in Epsom, Surrey is seeking an experienced Pastoral Coordinator to join our Senior Leadership Team and shape the wellbeing and behaviour culture of the school.
You will lead pastoral provision, coach staff, and work with families, therapists and external professionals to provide personalised support so pupils can engage with learning.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, permanent or term-time option, with salary up to Β£29,000 depending on experience.
