Hillingdon Council is seeking an experienced Lead Multi-trade Operative - Damp and Mould to join our Housing Repairs service. You will lead investigation, diagnosis and remediation of damp, mould and condensation across the council housing stock.
You will identify root causes, coordinate repairs, supervise operatives and contractors, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law and HHSRS.
