About You

Learn Hillingdon have an exciting opportunity for Tutor Co-ordinators (full and/or part-time) to support its busy operation at Centres across the borough. This highly regarded service runs over 800 courses for residents during the academic year, making ever-increasing use of systems and technology in line with Ofsted guidance.

We are looking to recruit full and part-time Tutor Co-ordinators to the following positions:

  • ESOL Tutor Co-ordinator
  • Vocational Tutor Co-ordinator

Please note salary for part-time positions are pro-rated.

A Tutor Co-ordinator will lead on the development and delivery of high-quality curriculum provision to maintain high standards, co-ordinating teaching, learning and assessment, teaching a number of hours per week, supporting sessional staff within our centres throughout the borough and in community outreach settings. You will report to a Programme Area Leader for all operational and quality performance issues.
