In this rewarding role, you will work closely with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored support plans that promote independence, well-being, and community integration.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a social work caseload with a high level of autonomy.
- Provide expert professional and technical advice to colleagues, managers, and partners.
- Promote reflective practice and continuous professional development.
- Apply a range of assessment and intervention frameworks effectively.
- Support and mentor others in professionalism and effective caseload management.
- Build strong networks with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare reports for the Court of Protection.
What You’ll Need
- A Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.
- Completion of 12 months AYSE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).
- Experience in assessment and care management for individuals with learning disabilities and/or disabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
