About you

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic social workers who are looking to start their careers in an OUTSTANDING local authority. Hillingdon children's services are embarking on a journey to becoming a trauma informed service and we need social workers who have the insight and dedication to join us on this journey whilst being supported in their career development.

We're seeking creative, innovative, compassionate, curious, and relationship-based Social Workers who strive to give, seek, receive, and learn from feedback to ensure we provide the best possible service for our children every day. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a Social Work qualification
  • Have at least 12 months' postgraduate experience and completed your ASYE, where applicable
  • Be able to evidence a commitment to your own development since qualification
  • Be registered with Social Work England
  • Have previous experience working with Looked After Children
