About the role
We are offering exciting opportunities for Social Workers to join the Court Team within Hillingdon, recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. This specialist team works with families who have met the threshold for legal intervention, focusing on intensive intervention, developing safe parenting skills, and supporting sustainable positive changes. You will play a key role in preparing assessments and evidence for court, as well as care planning for children and young people.
It is an excellent time to join, as we continue to explore creative approaches to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. In addition to court work, the team also leads on Permanency Planning, ensuring children can thrive in their forever homes. You’ll be part of a high-functioning team recognised as experts in their field before the court.
