Hillingdon Council is seeking a proactive Repairs Complaints and Legal Disrepair Officer to support the quality assurance and delivery of the repairs service. You will manage complaints, legal disrepair cases, Member Enquiries and FOI requests, ensuring timely, resident-focused responses in line with council policies.
You will coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure remedial works are completed to required standards and produce management information to drive improvements.
