Hillingdon Council is seeking a Senior Residential Worker for a newly opened Ofsted Registered Children's home in London. You will lead shifts, support junior staff, and ensure care practices meet the Care Standards Act 2000, Children's Homes Regulations and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
You will oversee daily operations, admissions and discharges, develop care plans, liaise with families and professionals, administer medication, and maintain safeguarding standards.
