Hillingdon Council is seeking an Early Years Inclusion Project Lead to drive inclusive practice across the borough.
You will work with early years providers, Family Hubs and health colleagues to use data, shape strategy and deliver improvements for children with SEND and their families.
You’ll lead cross-agency teams, advocate for early intervention, and translate insights into sustainable change in services and settings.
