Hillingdon Council is seeking a Crisis and Resilience Money Advice Caseworker to help residents move from financial crisis to resilience. You will identify those eligible for crisis or resilience support, assess needs, and coordinate interventions with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely access to help.
You will support residents with welfare benefits, debt advice and financial wellbeing, complete referrals, and maintain accurate records to monitor outcomes and impact.
