Our Hillier Garden Centre at Weyhill is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts and outdoor living products. Our on-site restaurant is a key part of the experience, providing our customers with delicious, freshly prepared meals, light snacks, cakes and beverages.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the restaurant and restaurant team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of food and beverages and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who may be looking to progress in their career, who is ready to step up into a leadership position and is eager to grow with us. This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis of 37.5 hours a week, including weekend working and will be rota based.
