Overview

Do you enjoy working outdoors and have an interest in horticulture? We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable team players to join our plant nursery near Romsey. No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided! Self-motivated, with drive and energy. Enjoys working within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Plant husbandry, growing, and tending plants from small to large specimens
  • Lifting, preparing, and packing plants for customer orders
  • General nursery maintenance and any other associated tasks

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Possesses good attention to detail
  • Likes working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Has an interest in horticulture
  • Comfortable with the physical nature of the role, which involves tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Self‑motivated, with drive and energy

This role is being offered on a permanent full‑time basis of 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
