Hillier Nurseries Ltd operates the Hillier Garden Centre in Lechlade and is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional food, service and team performance daily. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee front and back of house operations, support the smooth running of the restaurant, and step up in their absence, ensuring compliance, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
