Hillier Nurseries Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our friendly HR team on a fixed-term 12‑month contract ending around September 2027 to cover maternity leave. The role is part-time (up to 30 hours per week) with some home-working flexibility and travel between sites from Ampfield, Hampshire.
The salary is up to £36,700 per annum pro‑rata, dependent on experience. You will lead on employee relations, advise managers, and support HR processes, policy guidance and projects.
