Our Hillier Garden Centre at Braishfield is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, outdoor living products and expert advice. The primary purpose of the Garden Centre Shop Manager role is to oversee the day-to-day operations within the shop, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality, optimising performance and profitability, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols. The role also involves working closely with management to meet revenue objectives and ensure the smooth operation of the shop and food hall within budget. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. Hours are scheduled on a rota basis and averaged over a two-week pattern.
