Our Hillier Garden Centre at Newbury is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, outdoor living products, and expert advice.
As a Garden Centre Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our garden centre. You will be responsible for helping customers, maintaining the centre, and ensuring our plants and products are well cared for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is willing to adapt to varying tasks.
Weβre seeking candidates who can commit to working shifts across both weekdays and weekends. The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with hours of 37.5 per week. Shifts are scheduled on a rota, covering weekdays and weekends to support operational needs.
