Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent service to ensure a smooth operation of the garden centre.
- Maintain the centre and ensure plants and products are well cared for.
- Adapt to varying tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Support operational needs with shifts across weekdays and weekends on a 37.5 hour per week rota.
