Do you enjoy working outdoors and have an interest in horticulture? We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable team players to join our plant nursery near Romsey. No prior experience necessary - full training will be provided! This role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis of 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

  • Plant husbandry, growing, and tending plants from small to large specimens
  • Lifting, preparing, and packing plants for customer orders
  • General nursery maintenance and any other associated tasks

  • Comfortable with the physical nature of the role, which involves tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
