As a Support Worker at Hillgate Recruitment Services you will play a vital role in maintaining a good relationship with the client and safe environment for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform routine To assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance
- To assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/ care plans and reviews, and to contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress
- Report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
