PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine To assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance
  • To assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/ care plans and reviews, and to contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress
  • Report any issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
