Overview
JOB TITLE: Support Workers
LOCATION: Leeds, West Yorkshire
CONTRACT: Zero hours
SHIFT PATTERN: as per business needs
PAY RATE: £16.32 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support the people we work with in all aspects of their life that they need assistance.
- Assist in designing and developing support/care plans and reviews.
- Contribute to monitoring individuals progress and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role with reference.
- Care Certificate (Mandatory Training, CPI/MAPA/PMVA, Medication Administration, Level 3 in Health and Social Care).
- Enhanced DBS must be on Update Service.
- Non-British citizen applicants are required to undertake an English language assessment as part of the recruitment process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
