JOB TITLE: Support Workers
LOCATION: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
CONTRACT: Zero hours
SHIFT PATTERN: as per business needs
PAY RATE: £16.32 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need help with; support individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews; contribute to monitoring individuals’ progress.
- Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Non-British citizens are required to undertake an English language assessment as part of the recruitment process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
