LOCATION: Manchester, Greater Manchester

CONTRACT: Zero hours

SHIFT PATTERN: As per business needs

PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist people we support in all aspects of their lives that they need assistance.
  • Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of individuals' progress.
  • Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
