Responsibilities
- Assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance.
- Support individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews.
- Contribute to the monitoring of individuals' progress and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
