JOB TITLE: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

LOCATION: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

CONTRACT: Zero hours

PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

As a Support Worker at Hillgate Recruitment Services you will play a vital role in maintaining good relationships with the client and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our facilities meet and exceed expectations. We believe in providing customized facility solutions, tailored to the unique needs of each location, and as a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of this process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance.
• Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews.
• Contribute to the monitoring of individuals’ progress.
• Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
