The ideal candidate will be a proven sales expert who is strategic and results-driven, capable of developing and executing prospecting and sales plans targeting global real estate and Fortune 500 companies. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve agreed-upon targets.
- Utilize CRM and sales reporting formats to keep leadership and C-level executives informed of pipeline activity and successes.
- Build and maintain impactful relationships with new customers and prospects, partnering with them to understand their business objectives and needs.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through engaging presentations and proposals.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of world affairs and their impact on business.
- Report on factors that influence the strategic direction of accounts and tactical budgets.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in marketing, sales, or business.
- Five to seven years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
- Proven ability to generate new business and maintain existing relationships independently.
- Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
