This position is a part of Hilldrup's WeSolve Workplace Environments division. This position can be hired anywhere in the US and may require up to 25% travel. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client agreements for assigned accounts and ongoing contact with the client to enhance the relationship, develop processes and cost efficiencies while resolving service-related problems.
  • Retain the client through excellent client service, assist in the development of revenue targets for each client, expand revenue opportunities and increase profitability from additional business opportunities.
  • Communicate with all service entities throughout account-related projects, establishing relationships to provide outstanding services and maintain on-time performance within budget.
  • Negotiate vendor pricing for client cost savings and company margins.
  • Resolve unforeseen circumstances/service issues.
  • Identify root causes and develop solutions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Work with subject matter experts to read and understand product inventories, plan drawings, analyze pricing, and create accurate client proposals in a professional manner while adhering to contractual guidelines.
  • Assist or perform as needed with creating marked-up floor plans in an electronic format acceptable to teams or the client, illustrating modifications and the “to” and “from” locations for all personnel moves along with the final move matrix, then submit as requested.
  • Define scope changes to increase the budget and reduce potential write-offs.
  • Research service delivery issues and collaborate with relevant parties to meet client expectations.
  • Report relevant metrics on volume, claims, costs, KPIs, etc.
  • Coordinate, manage, and audit services to ensure all performance metrics are met consistently.
  • Conduct business reviews as applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with invoice and billing requirements to facilitate timely cash flow through receivables.
  • Assist Collections when receivables become aged or when overcoming invoice payment obstacles.
  • Track all billable and non-billable time and expenses associated with projects using required systems within specified timeframes.

Position Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in the commercial relocation industry.

Education:

  • Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Alternatively, 3 years of relevant work experience.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with technical knowledge and understanding of job requirements.

Anticipated Salary and Benefits:

$50k-$55k. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee Assistance Program, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and disability coverage.
