Hillcrest Homes is seeking a Clerk of Works to act as on-site quality inspector for new build, refurbishment and regeneration schemes across East Lothian, Edinburgh, Fife, Perth and Kinross, Dundee and surrounding areas.
You will work with Project Officers and the Head of Development to ensure standards, specifications and regulatory requirements are met throughout all stages from viability to defect closure. The role requires travel and strong collaboration with contractors and internal teams.
