About the Role

Your role as a Support Worker involves helping the people we support live independently, whilst still being able to access the community as much as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Support Worker:

  • Celebrating individuality: by providing person-centred care that reflects each person’s personality, goals, and preferences
  • Supporting individuals with a variety of needs: including autism, dementia, drug and alcohol, epilepsy, learning disabilities and mental health support
  • Empowering independence: by supporting people to make decisions and live life on their terms and choices
  • Building meaningful connections: by creating relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding
  • Bringing positivity every day: by helping individuals thrive in their own unique way

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to make a difference
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability as no two days are the same as a Support Worker within our Crieff Services
  • Experience is not essential as here at Hillcrest Futures, we provide full training for the role

Please Note: If you do not have a qualification in Health and Social Care, you will be required to undertake this as a requirement to register with the Scottish Social Services Council.
