About the Department:

Hillcrest Maintenance covers all aspects of gas, plumbing, electrical, joinery, wet trade, carpet fitting and cleaning works for domestic and commercial properties.

About the Role:

  • Maintain the roofs of our housing stock.
  • Have experience with solar installs (desirable).
  • Provide general assistance to other trades when needed.
  • Have experience on different types of roof installs.
  • Have experience in a similar setting.

About You:

  • Have familiarity with tools, power equipment, and general site operations.
  • Have awareness of health and safety regulations.
  • Have good time management and the ability to balance multiple tasks or projects.
  • Have good communication and the ability to work well with tenants, supervisors, and other trades.
  • Be able to work well within a team and collaborate in multi-trade environments.
  • Be adaptable to switching between trades as needed.
  • Hold a valid driving licence.
