About the Department:
Hillcrest Maintenance covers all aspects of gas, plumbing, electrical, joinery, wet trade, carpet fitting and cleaning works for domestic and commercial properties.
About the Role:
- Maintain the roofs of our housing stock.
- Have experience with solar installs (desirable).
- Provide general assistance to other trades when needed.
- Have experience on different types of roof installs.
- Have experience in a similar setting.
About You:
- Have familiarity with tools, power equipment, and general site operations.
- Have awareness of health and safety regulations.
- Have good time management and the ability to balance multiple tasks or projects.
- Have good communication and the ability to work well with tenants, supervisors, and other trades.
- Be able to work well within a team and collaborate in multi-trade environments.
- Be adaptable to switching between trades as needed.
- Hold a valid driving licence.
