Hillcrest Maintenance is recruiting for a number of Joiner positions across the Dundee and Angus area.

About the Department

Hillcrest Maintenance cover all aspects of gas, plumbing, electrical, joinery, wet trade, carpet fitting and cleaning works for domestic and commercial properties.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide an efficient and reliable service ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and internal processes and procedures. This role will involve carrying out Joinery works in domestic and commercial properties. You will be working as part of a team on the window and door installation contracts.

  • The ability to work well within a small team
  • Proven experience of working to targets and deadlines
  • The ability and fitness to undertake manual handling duties
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • High standards of customer care

About You

You will:

  • Be qualified with an approved joinery qualification such as City and Guilds, Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) or National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3
  • Have previous experience carrying out window and door installations
  • Have proven experience of working to targets and deadlines
  • Have the ability and fitness to undertake manual handling duties
  • Have good communication and organisational skills
  • Have high standards of customer care
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
