Communications and Marketing Assistant in Dundee

Hillcrest Homes is recruiting for a Communications and Marketing Assistant. This position can be based in either Dundee or Edinburgh. About the Department Our Communications and Marketing team helps tell Hillcrest’s story. We work across the organisation to promote our services, celebrate our people and achievements, and keep colleagues, customers and stakeholders informed and engaged. About the Role This is a varied and creative role where you’ll help bring Hillcrest’s stories to life through video, photography, design and digital content. Working alongside our Communications and Marketing Officers, you will create engaging visual content for our social media, websites, staff channels, campaigns and printed materials. You’ll have opportunities to get out and about across Hillcrest, filming and photographing our services, people and events, as well as editing content and creating eye-catching designs. You will also support events, help keep our digital channels up to date and contribute ideas for new and creative ways to engage our audiences. About You You will: Be a creative and enthusiastic communicator with experience in photography, videography and graphic design, alongside a good eye for what makes engaging content. Be confident using design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite and will have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Enjoy working with different people, be comfortable juggling a variety of tasks and deadlines, and be keen to keep learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
