Hillcrest Academy is seeking to recruit a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to joinour team.
Thisis a key role within the academy, responsible for helping to ensure our siteand facilities are safe, secure, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
Workingclosely with academy leaders, the successful candidate will oversee theday-to-day management of the site, including maintenance, health and safety, security, contractor supervision and the coordination of site and cleaningservices.
Weare looking for an organised and reliable individual who takes pride inmaintaining high standards and creating a positive environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
Potentialapplicants will have
- Appropriatequalifications and/or significant experience in a site, facilities, maintenanceor similar role.
- Agood understanding of health and safety requirements and safe workingpractices.
- Theability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding academy rolesand responsibilities, including their own.
- Strongorganisational skills, with the initiative to prioritise workloads and respondto issues effectively.
- Goodcommunication skills and the ability to build positive relationships withcolleagues, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Acommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and youngpeople.
