Hillcrest Academy is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team.

This part-time role covers 20 hours per week, typically 6.45am to 10.45am, Monday to Friday, supporting the safe, secure and well-maintained running of the academy.

You will work closely with academy leaders, oversee day-to-day site operations, including maintenance, health and safety, security, contractor supervision and coordination of site and cleaning services.
