We're offering an exciting chance to join our Sales & Service team as part of the Sales & Commercial Management Programme.
Whether you have prior work experience, have recently completed your studies, or are already part of the Hunter Douglas team, this programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a future management role.
You'll learn by doing, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of our business.
From understanding the end-to-end customer journey, to training and working within our dynamic Contact Centre and UK Sales teams, you'll gain invaluable insights into our key operations.
You'll also explore the role of a Business Development Manager and our self-employed advisor model, as well as get to know our market-leading products, selling, installing, and experiencing them first-hand.
Field training, including customer home visits, will give you a well-rounded perspective of our business.
Throughout the programme, you'll receive comprehensive management training, preparing you to apply for a management position within the company.
