You will deliver practical and virtual training to the Hillarys Advisor network and broader HD Group teams, helping develop our Advisor network with best practices in sales, installation, product knowledge, and processes.
You’ll join a six-strong Training Officers team, delivering at The Academy and in-field sessions, ensuring standards, compliance, and content accuracy across materials.
