  • Oversee colleague forum representation, managing elections as required to ensure employee voice and participation.
  • Provide support to managers on health and safety concerns, including arranging and advising on occupational health referrals.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and best practice, including their practical application and development.
  • Expertise in managing complex employee relations (ER) cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to advise, coach and influence managers and employees at all levels.
  • Experience with HR systems and software, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and reporting is desirable.
  • Upholds strong professional integrity by building trust, maintaining confidentiality, and making fair, ethical decisions that align with company values.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in legal compliance and documentation.
