Job Title: Installer

Overview

As an Installer you will visit customers in their homes to measure and install a range of products, including shutters. Our Design Consultants will process the order and take payment so you can focus on providing great customer service. If you are transitioning from another field, that is fine — many Advisors have started from different backgrounds and developed successful Hillarys businesses with our support. Some installers have experience in construction or trades such as joinery, carpentry, or window/kitchen fitting. A strong desire to learn and our award-winning training will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers in their homes to measure and install Hillarys products (e.g., shutters).
  • Work with the Design Consultants to process orders and collect payments, while you focus on installation and customer service.
  • Utilise provided tools and training to ensure professional installation and finish from day one.
  • Operate as a self-employed Advisor within Hillarys’ supporting framework.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction or trades (e.g., joiners, carpenters, window or kitchen fitters) is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Full UK driving licence.
