This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in paid media and commercial planning, with real ownership from day one. Sitting at the heart of our paid media activity, you'll support multiple brands across the UK and Europe and play a key role in how our budgets, performance and creative evolve over time. You'll work closely with the Paid Media Manager, agency partners and in-house creative teams, giving you exposure to strategy, planning, creative development, execution and performance all within one varied and fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day PPC performance for Thomas Sanderson, including reporting, optimisation, sale changes and performance roadmaps.
- Act as a key point of contact for the Hillarys PPC agency, supporting day-to-day communication, performance reviews and next step planning.
- Support the Paid Media Manager with ad hoc activity across brands, including performance reporting, creative reviews and ad copy input.
- Assist with PPC planning and forecasting for Hillarys Ireland, gaining hands-on experience in budget modelling and performance forecasts.
- Support wider UK planning and budget activity for Hillarys, helping connect media performance to commercial targets.
- Manage the paid media creative briefing process, including submitting briefs, managing timelines and maintaining asset libraries.
- Carry out creative gap analysis to identify future asset needs and help plan content creation timelines.
- Produce weekly creative performance reports, sharing insights with media, comms and design teams to inform testing and optimisation.
- Build and support paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager for international brands, developing best-practice execution and platform knowledge.
