We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Communications team at our head office in Colwick, Nottingham. If you are highly collaborative, love to inspire change, have a bias for action and have experience in integrated marketing communications across channels then this could be the role for you.
We are an exciting and growing company with multiple brands and this role is a great opportunity to manage our marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, working closely with our talented in-house design team. You will also lead the wider marketing team to execute our campaigns across all channels ensuring that they deliver against our strategic objectives, as well as being on time and to budget.
You will be great at planning and putting together briefs, as well as writing copy that can be tailored to specific audiences and media. Project management experience is essential, as you will be planning and delivering product launch campaigns, which will involve creating timelines and budgetary control plans, and ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns. You will support the Product Team with all aspects of product launch and marketing, including pattern books and technical brochures. You will also be planning new jobs into the studio to ensure delivery to deadline is met, so excellent time management skills are a must.
Marketing Campaign Manager key responsibilities:- Be the driving force behind our campaigns – including brand, promotional and exciting new product launches, from brief to completion, ensuring final deliverables across our channels are aligned, relevant to the specific audience and delivered on brand, on time and to budget.
- Maximise comms opportunities arising from micro campaigns with collaborators and influencers.
- Manage offline marketing output for campaigns and customer facing collateral, including direct mail, royal mail and brochures.
- Work collaboratively with our expert in-house design studio, managing creative briefs and artwork to help the team bring them to life.
- Work with media owners and Analysis team to conduct post campaign analysis.
- Provide updates to the wider Marketing Team.
- Write/supply copy appropriate to a variety of media and audiences.
- Proof reading ensuring all communications are accurate, compliant and on brand.
In this fast-paced environment, you will need to be used to working on multiple projects at the same time as well as being responsive to change. We see the benefits of working face-to-face in a collaborative way and the value of working from home to provide more flexibility and promote hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home. Of course, you are free to work more often in our newly refurbished office in Nottingham if you wish.
