Are you a natural leader with a passion for motivating teams and driving performance?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Section Leader to join our dynamic Production team at our Glaisdale site.

In this key role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting and leading a team of Production Operatives, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and improve departmental KPIs including productivity, quality, service, yield, and waste.
  • Train, motivate, and support the production team to meet daily targets and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain discipline within the team.
  • Conduct professional Return to Work interviews in line with our Absence Management Policy.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Carry out regular performance reviews and monitor team output.
  • Deliver a comprehensive induction programme for all new employees.
