An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Section Leader to join our dynamic Production team at our Glaisdale site.
In this key role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting and leading a team of Production Operatives, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and improve departmental KPIs including productivity, quality, service, yield, and waste.
- Train, motivate, and support the production team to meet daily targets and standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Enforce company policies and maintain discipline within the team.
- Conduct professional Return to Work interviews in line with our Absence Management Policy.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Carry out regular performance reviews and monitor team output.
- Deliver a comprehensive induction programme for all new employees.
