We’re currently looking for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team at our Glaisdale site. You’ll become part of a lively, supportive, and dynamic team, helping to handcraft the high-quality, made-to-measure blinds and curtains that Hillarys is known for.
No previous experience? No problem. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding products every time.
What you’ll be doing
- Working as part of a skilled production team
- Manually creating high-quality bespoke blinds and curtains
- Following processes to ensure consistent product quality
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Working hours
- Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
