Do you thrive on the opportunity to work as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for two dynamic and hard-working Production Operatives to join our team at our Coventry site, on a permanent basis.
You will work on a varied shift pattern, including standard, long and short weeks, but with the benefit of always finishing no later than 4.35pm.
As a Production Operative, your primary role will be to ensure that the production line maintains the highest standards of quality for all PVCU products; to agreed timescales, whilst maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
For this role, you will need to have previous experience of working as a General/ Production Operative. There will also be an element of heavy lifting and repetitive movement within the role, however, you will be trained as a multi-skilled Production Operative so that you can support other areas of Production as and when required. You will need a basic understanding of metric and imperial measurement systems, and usage of measurement equipment.
Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to get involved in other activities and initiatives, including charity endeavours, first aid training, and even potentially become a fire marshal!
