We’re currently looking for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team at our Colwick site. You’ll become part of a lively, supportive, and dynamic team, helping to handcraft the high-quality, made‑to‑measure blinds and curtains that Hillarys is known for. No previous experience? No problem.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working as part of a skilled production team
  • Manually creating high-quality bespoke blinds and curtains
  • Following processes to ensure consistent product quality
  • Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
  • Carrying out tasks involving heavy lifting, operating a JLG, and working at height

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, can‑do attitude
  • A strong team player who enjoys hands‑on work
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm. Enjoy a 3‑day weekend every week plus a Christmas shutdown period.
